DNS Setup

• Do not deploy anything with a URL that contains ITS or its.utah.gov.
  
• If the URL does contain ITS, then change the DNS.
• When requesting a new URL (which will contain DTS) submit the old URL (which contains ITS) that is not needed anymore.
