ITS operates
a shared and secure Novell GroupWise environment
in the Salt Lake City data center. This GroupWise
environment provides e-mail accounts for ITS,
but is also available to State agencies as a managed
service.

The Managed GroupWise E-mail
environment is provided on a highly available
clustered architecture. ITS operates and maintains
this environment on a 24 x 7 basis and manages
all patches and upgrades. The environment is backed
up nightly and benefits from spam and virus control.
