provides a wide range of Geographic Information System (GIS)
support to the State of Utah. AGRC strives to facilitate coordination

sites are composed of buildings,
towers, roads, power lines, back-up
generators, and related facilities.
These sites house communications
equipment such as microwave and two-way
radio equipment. Sites are located
at major state facilities and on
mountaintops. These sites have been
strategically located in order to
provide line-of-sight communication
transport paths between major state
offices.

The ITS Customer
Support Center provides
support to our customers 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, every day of
the year. Customer Support Services
is the front line for receiving customer-submitted
problems and service requests. ITS
technical staff log each problem
or request into our Remedy™ problem
management system.

ITS provides wiring installation of data
and voice systems per approved engineering
plans. These services are provided for
new, under construction, and existing buildings.
ITS' Data and Voice Cabling professionals
use the latest technology in accordance
with industry standards. Copper and fiber
cabling can be provided for both intra-building
and inter-building requirements. These
services are provided by ITS personnel
or ITS contracted professional vendors.

Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR)

Our mid-range printer (50-pages-per-minute,
and network capable only) can output highlighted
printing using black with one other color
(red, green, or blue).
ITS can assist with electronic forms design
in English and Spanish, preparation for mass-mailings,
and report distribution.
