Management System (CMS) is an optional database,
administration, and reporting application designed
for agencies that receive a large volume of telephone
calls. This service is provided to enable management
to gather information needed for monitoring and
analyzing performance. Reports can be generated
which provide data on the number of calls received,
what type of calls were taken, the busiest time
of day, etc. CMS will show where improvements are
needed and can help facilitate fast, effective solutions.
