Basic telephone
service from a PBX or Key System does not always
meet the needs of the customer. Smaller offices,
offices needing dedicated lines for fax or alarms,
and telecommuters benefit from having direct lines
to meet their needs. For the small office 1FBs (Flat
Business Line) meet most needs.
For telecommuters 1FRs (Flat Residence Line) will
suffice. Both types of circuits may be used for
voice and/or fax lines. Also, ISDN lines are available
for telecommuters with simultaneous voice/data needs.
The need of the customer determines the most appropriate
service. |
